we were given a very nice free upgrade which made the stay even more convenient that we expected the size of that room was very big and the bathroom even had a "shataf" which is very good . The location is nice and area is calm and near the English garden . although the check in registration is done by the guest himself via a computer kiosk in the reception , but the staff were present and friendly and assisted in checking in process ,nonetheless . I would go there next time.

Good sized comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, quite good value and over all very friendly and efficient staff, to name a few... And one bright star among the hotel staff, a gentleman called Timo has always been extra polite and friendly, offering the best service at hotel's restaurant & bar ; many thanks Timo 👍

Everything was perfect! the rooms are spacious and freshly renovated. Very special kudos to staff on reception, every interaction was absolutely delightful. Professional, friendly, helpful, pleasant humans that give an extra boost to the overall experience. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone travelling to Munich.

Great hotel, nothing fancy in a great location for the public transport. The staff were wonderful, could not do enough to help. Hotel was really quiet at night which was great with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back next year.

The location is great. It is near Münchner Freiheit where it has a lot of shopping and eating possibilities. There is also a U-Bahn there where you can take to the city center. There are also a Bakery and Lidl supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
